BOOK and PAY
In case you haven't done so yet:
The closing date for submission of your bookings and the payment thereof is 31 January 2025. Please submit these in good time.

Whether, or not you are attending any Reunion Activities, please fill in the BOOKING FORM.
How to Book
Once you've decided whether you want to buy a mug, or attend any events, please tick the YES box on the BOOKING FORM. This will also give you the amount you are due to pay.
If you're unable to attend any events, please be sure to tick the NO box on the BOOKING FORM. This is important so that we know you have received the invitation.
Payments can be made to the Reunion account as follows:
Please use your surname plus initials as your reference.
e.g. Tim Owen would be OwenTMM, (as anyone in the A1 Latin class with Mike Welsh would know!).

If you live overseas and do not have family, or a friend, who can pay for you, please contact Ian Webster. There is an alternative method which can be used for international payment. (rondebosche65@gmail.com)
The cut-off date will be strictly enforced, because we need to pay deposits.
Unfortunately, there can be no refunds after 31 January. If ill health or circumstances dictate that you will be missing an event for which you have paid, we will attempt to encourage another old boy to take your booking and reimburse you privately. If this is not possible, we will regrettably not be able to refund you.
